Getting to UJI

The proximity of the UJI to the city of Castellón de la Plana and the train and bus station, the urban layout of this area of the city, together with the wide range of transport, means that to get to the campus you can choose between public transport, bicycle or a pleasant walk.

TRAM

The TRAM is a comfortable, efficient, and sustainable means of electric transportation. Its single line connects with the UJI campus every five minutes. Tickets and passes can be purchased directly on the TRAM.

Bus

The campus is linked to the the city’s different areas by four bus lines (L10, L11, L12, and L15). They all stop at the train and bus stations. Tickets and season tickets can be purchased directly on the bus.

Taxi

If you are planning to stay in the nearby coast town of Benicàssim, you will need to take a taxi to the campus, as there are no direct tram or bus connections.

Walking

The short distance that separates the campus from the train and bus stations allows you to get to UJI on foot in just 15 minutes, and in about 25 minutes if you come from the city center. The avenue that connects the university with the city has wide sidewalks and an independent bike lane.
